More Benefits!

Many organic or manure based fertilizers come with that offensive “smell” … more like a stench!  Luckily, worm castings are naturally odor free.  Think of fresh soil or earth, and you get the picture.  Trust us, it doesn’t stink. has a number of benefits to plants and the soil they’re planted in.

Worms naturally produce castings that are encased in a layer of micro-nutrients and digestive enzymes.  These enzymes and nutrients actually aid the plant during the germination and root-growth stages.  Plants grown in soil amended with worm castings have shown significantly faster germination time and root strength leading to happier, healthier plants! our temperature-controlled facility. Our proprietary process ensures that only the highest-quality castings are produced and only castings are left in the product.

Worm castings are full of life!  Just like there are live organisms in dry yeast, there are live microorganisms in worm castings.  These bacteria, fungi, protozoa and beneficial nematodes all work together to help your plant thrive throughout its life cycle.  Microbes also help to solubilize nutrients and minerals in the surrounding soil for better plant uptake.

We’ve all heard the horror stories of some unfortunate gardener who over-fertilized their plants and “burnt” and killed them.  This happens due to nitrogen excess and can kill plants overnight.  Worm castings simply do not have this problem.  Hearkening back to the high humus content, worm castings don’t overload your plants with excess minerals and nutrients.  Instead, they bind up and then time-release the necessary nutrients when needed by the plant.  They really are nature’s perfect soil enhancer.

Worm castings are high in trace mineral and nutrient content.  Our worms are fed a diverse vegan menu high in essential minerals and nutrients from organic, non-GMO plant material.  Theses minerals and nutrients are naturally transferred by the worm into its castings, and finally into your soil.   As a result, flower blossoms are much bigger, more bountiful and more colorful – and nutrient density of produce is MUCH higher, giving fruit and veggies MUCH better taste!
